Mosaic

About Us

Our story:

Mosaic was first conceived on a car journey from Oxford to Manchester. Rob and Paul, stuck in the inevitable traffic around Birmingham, decided to pass the time thinking up possible EdTech solutions to the various challenges around effective teacher training. What started as a purely hypothetical conversation had turned into something much more concrete – and exciting – by the time they pulled off the M6.

We took our ideas and proposal to a few training providers we knew (and to George, who brought in much needed development expertise!) and began creating what is now Mosaic. After years of testing and trialling our offer with a few small cohorts of teacher trainees – along with their mentors and course leads – Mosaic grew into the holistic, effective and powerful tool it is today.

We now work in partnership with our course providers and experts from across the sector,  to continue developing, refining and improving our offer.
