AI with Intention
We’ve introduced an optional AI feedback mechanism within our target-setting tools to help mentors and trainee teachers refine their targets and make them more impactful. This is currently in a beta-testing phase with a selection of customers before wider release, as part of our broader AI strategy focused on enhancing reflective practice and saving course leads time.
We believe that, if developed and deployed carefully, AI has the potential to deepen rather than replace trainee and mentor thinking. We’re also mindful of the complexities of this emerging area — ITE course leads will always remain in full control over whether their trainees and mentors have access to any AI tools we build.
